We are out servicing clients on the weekend. Some consultations may be available on Saturdays by appointment only.
Please Fill out the form providing the applicable information. Allow us 24-48 hours to respond during business hours. Additional details can be added in the event details section for example if the event is indoor/outdoor. There are limitations to outdoor decor set ups. Please inquire within.

Full-service events require 1 month or more in advance of event date
Focal Point set ups requires 3 weeks or more in advance of event date
Custom Orders require 2 weeks or more in advance of need by date

We do travel within the Chicagoland area and west suburbs. There is a travel fee that will be included in your booking. Distance outside of a 25-mile radius would be an additional fee along with standard travel fee and locations are subject to approval
We require 1 hour 30 mins- 2 hours to complete your full service set up at a venue space. If you are able to provide us with more time than 2 hours that works as well. 30 mins- 1 hour does not guarantee completion by event start time. We would like to have enough time to ensure your event is set up before guests start to arrive. If an event is being set up at a residence we are able to arrive earlier per clients request and approval. Weddings require 2-4 hours depending on needs.
